EQF Levels
The European Qualifications Framework (EQF) is the EU’s common reference scale for qualifications. Its eight levels describe what a learner knows, understands and is able to do — not how long they studied or in which country — which is what makes a qualification earned in one member state readable in another.
Each level below lists the published projects whose materials target it. Projects choose their levels themselves, and an individual file may narrow that to a subset of its project’s levels, so a project can appear under several levels at once.
