Title
Empowering Youth in the Music Industry
Description
Empowering Youth in the Music Industry was an Erasmus+ project bringing together 18 young musicians from Finland, Poland and Serbia to explore cultural heritage, develop their musical and creative skills, and collaborate across borders.
Through workshops, mentoring, online collaboration and an international music camp in Novi Sad, participants explored traditional folk music, created contemporary arrangements and gained practical experience in music production and performance.
The project resulted in Folk in Motion, an album featuring nine arrangements of traditional songs from the three countries, music videos, a final concert and a practical methodology guide for youth workers and music educators.
By combining music, non-formal learning and intercultural exchange, the project promoted youth participation, creativity, teamwork and intercultural understanding.
